Introduction:

In the dynamic world of decentralized finance (DeFi), it can be hard to keep track of the various key players, especially those significant investors often referred to as "whales." This report centers around the data analytics wizardry of Deebs DeFi, a recent winner of the renowned Flipside's analytics tournament. Leveraging the power of Deebs' Whale Finder tool, we have identified at least 15 Avalanche whales and delved deep into their financial activities. Our investigation includes a comprehensive analysis of these whales' balance sheets across chains, determining not only the total worth of each wallet but also the distribution of their assets across various Ethereum compatible chains. We also put the spotlight on the chains that harbor the most assets from these substantial investors. Further, our exploration doesn't stop at mere holdings; we venture into the depths of their DeFi activity on the Avalanche chain. Through this analysis, we aim to uncover the range and intensity of their DeFi interactions, whether they are lending, borrowing, staking, farming, providing liquidity, or trading. Get ready to dive into the fascinating world of Avalanche whales and gain unparalleled insights into the patterns and trends of this influential cohort.

Methodology:

In this dashboard I am going to be looking at a wide range of Whales in terms of balances selected from Deebs Whale Finder Tool. Next I am going to look at there balances between the chains Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, and Optimism. For this analysis I am going to be using the ez_token_transfers table which is seen in all of the chain listed above. I am going to be looking for the balances of these whales by total assets received (When user is the to_address) minus total asset sent (When the user is the from_address). From this I aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of these whales assets and asset breakdowns. I hope you enjoy!
