Terra Bounties (Active Wallets on Terra)

Description of work: In this question, we examine the active terra wallets by day, month and year, in the current year (2022) and try to draw analyzes on them. For active wallets, we can look at different Methods to determine if a wallet is still active. Example of a Methods for detecting an active wallet: `An active wallet is a wallet that has made at least one transaction in the last three months`. Terra is a proof of stake network (POS) where you can stake Terra's currency Luna to ensure network security. The next Method that can be used to determine active wallets is to first check the Terra stake table for transaction activity and then check whether the addresses that participated in these transactions still have their wallets (inventory).
