Interactive Users

Determine the number of “passive” Terra users. By “passive”, we mean a user that is not initiating an action on Terra, but is somehow involved in an on-chain interaction. So, for a user sending LUNA from X to Y, Y would be the passive user. The complexity here is that not all passive users are involved in a transaction (see example txs).
